Shipping:

All ready to ship items will be dispatched in 3-5 business days of purchase via priority A' /tracked by Hellenic Post.

Once your item has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number.

Processing time:

For custom orders such as embroidery portraits or made to order items please read the descriptions to see when the item will be dispatched. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items in my descriptions.

Estimated shipping times:

Europe: 3-12 business days
United States: 7 - 20 business days
Australia: 10 - 30 business days
Everywhere Else: 10 - 45 business days

Information :

All items are shipped by default in gift packaging.

Custom charges :

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Cancellations: 

We cannot refund or exchange any items once they have been shipped.

We gladly accept cancellations.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

About Custom Portraits, if for any reason an order has to be cancelled after the hand-drawings has been sent, we keep the half part as a payment for our working hours as for the materials we spent.
